Statistics and export
You open the household statistics and the use of operations in Household → Statistics, and the statistics of a meal plan also on the Statistics tab in its detail.
Meal plan statistics
The statistics refer to the meal plan chosen in the week switcher in the top bar (Getting started); you see:
- four big figures: shopping for the whole week, per person per day, meat-free main meals and the number of different ingredients,
- Calories from home cooking – each person's daily average against the target (meals at school and at work are not counted),
- Where the recipes come from – how many meals come from which cookbook,
- Costs by shopping trip and Most used ingredients.
Prices are available only for items you priced in a shop.
Operations
Under the statistics is the Operations block. It shows the one number that everything is based on: how many operations the group has used of its monthly number (Used … of …, … left), with a bar and the date the number renews. At the top are the name of the plan and its price; if the group bought operations, it shows how many come from the plan and how many were bought. The block says who owns the plan (Group owner); if the owner has several groups, the use of all of them is added up and a line under the bar shows this group's share. When 80 % is used, a notice appears (with the offer to buy more when subscriptions and payments are switched on).
The table under the bar gives every action its cost in operations, how many times it was done this month (for pricing and the basket the number of shops, for cookbooks the number of pages read) and how many operations it cost. The rows add up to the Used number. There is also a breakdown by month and user. The group sees no prices or AI tokens, only operations; the admin sees the costs.
Export and print
In the detail of a meal plan:
- Print / PDF opens the print page; you create a PDF by printing from the browser (⌘P / Ctrl+P → Save as PDF).
- In the … menu is Export (Markdown and HTML): the Save export button saves a Markdown and an HTML version of the meal plan; saved exports can be opened or downloaded.
The export contains the meal plan with the book and page for every recipe, shopping by day as a checklist, and the full recipes. The language of the export follows the language of the interface.
